2023-2024 AGM

The Mississauga Ringette Association is please to announce that our 2023- 2024 AGM will be held:

Thursday October 10, 2024

7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Erin Mills Twin Arena, Multi-purpose room.

The AGM is open for all to attend.   All information for review and motions requiring a vote will be circulated to voting delegates on or before October 8th. Please note that under the terms of our constitution, absentee and proxy votes cannot be applied to motions that are either made or changed at the AGM (on the floor), so please have a Team rep attend in person if possible. 

We would ask that you please ask you consider taking on a volunteer org staff position, or joining the Executive. Any and all who are interested are welcome to join. The nomination form for all executive positions are attached, as well as all Org Staff opportunities, are posted under MRA Forms and Policies.  Please note that Org Staff positions are not elected positions and are open to anyone who is interested (subject to executive approval).
