To All MRA Players:  
Are you a student looking to book your Volunteer Hours?  Sign up with MRA and have fun while at work.  

There are many ways you can help your Ringette family:

* Help with H/L practices on Wednesday nights @ Meadowvale contact Roy Reedon

* Help coach a H/L team on Friday nights @ Iceland contact Roy Reedon

* Help the Open 18+ team with shot clock / scorekeeping duties on weekends @ Iceland contact Open 18+

* Help with the Ringette Ontario AAA Challenge Cup on October 25 and 26th contact Heather McTavish

* Help with the Ringette Canada Eastern Championship Event on April 17 to 20th contact Helene Green
