
Tom Rose Powerskating and 3-on-3 Summer Ringette Program
Each
program consists of both Powerskating and 3-on-3 and runs each week from May to
August. Skating drills are designed to lengthen and strengthen player stride.
Edge work, inside, outside, toe and heel, lateral speed, agility, quick feet
and explosive power are skating techniques developed in this program.
